It Takes A Village

At House of Mary, we believe it takes a village to equip, empower, and educate expectant mothers, and our program is built on community and care.  We rely on the hearts and hands of volunteers to make life-changing impacts for generations to come. Together, we are building the Timothy Generation.

Equip​
"Supply with necessary items for a particular purpose"
Local churches, GRACE Pregnancy Outreach, Embrace Grace, Work Force Solutions, WIC, Medicaid, counseling (self, baby’s father, or family), mentors, discipleship, baby showers, transportation, tutors, encouragement and love.

Empower​
"To invest with power"
Bible studies & discipleship, Educational classes on finances, budgeting, parenting, adoption, healthy cooking, nursing, birthing, social etiquette, couponing, daily health and hygiene for mom and baby.

Educate​
"Give intellectual, moral, and social instruction to"
The home will operate as a family and everyone will chip in with cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, lawn care, and anything else it takes to maintain a home. This will give the ladies real-life experience of managing and maintaining a home but with support from others.

End Result​
“Life changes will be made and generations will be impacted"
An independent God-seeking woman who desires to provide more for herself and her baby spiritually, mentally, physically, and emotionally.
