Raffle Tickets:
This year, we’ve made a few changes to how we’re doing raffle tickets! In the past, we offered both door prizes and raffle prizes, but this year we're simplifying things by focusing solely on raffles. Instead of selling individual tickets with different numbers, we’re now selling raffle tickets by the sheet. Each sheet includes 5 tickets, and all tickets on the sheet share the same number. This new format should make it much easier to identify winners and claim prizes during the drawings. Raffle sheets will be available at the event for $20 each.

Individual Ticket Holders:
No need to print your email or anything.  We will have name place cards printed for you at the welcome table.  Use your card to save your seat at one of the individual ticket tables.

Hostesses:
FBC (The Venue) will be open Friday from 5 to 8 pm and Saturday at 11 am for you to decorate your table. Please have your table decorated before 1 pm the day of the event.
The table decor can be as simple or as detailed as you would like. The only restriction is that no open-flame candles are allowed, per the city fire marshal. If you indicated that you needed us to decorate your table when you placed your order, don't worry! We have it taken care of! 

T-shirts: 
All pre-ordered shirts can be picked up at the t-shirt sales table.
